THEY TRY TO EXPLOIT YOUR WEAKNESS TO MAKE you WORK FOR LESS . And they will make fake promises first agree. To your requirement and then try to force you to lower your expectations and if you dont do that they will retract the offer. Fake fake fake. Die but do not engage in any interview activity with the company. Waste your time , try to cheap out on small things. I got interviewed they extended an offer. I negotiated if and they shared a new offer which was acceptable for both the party’s. Please note that we were clear this will be a work from situation for one year as i am pursuing my pgdm from a different city and they were okay with it. Two round - and everything was great. I clearly siad my expectations will be 30 percent hike plus wfh for one year and after that i can be any place you want. They released an offer i rejected , we negotiated and agreed to a mutual number. They asked me for a date of joining so that they can release the offer later. After that I received the call that their senior wants to connect with my for a quick call for introduction(please note till this point they have already extended the offer. ) after the call they changed. They went back to their old offer that i rejected cuz i will be working from home . I objected and said no clearly . So they told me to hold and they will be discussing it internally. They kept me on hold for 4 5 days and said he have put everything on hold. They tried to use my weakness of work from home as a tool to negotiate although they were okay with it first. Made me wait and found someone who can work for less i guess If they try to exploit your weakness even before you joined their org. They will kill you after that.
