Had to take a meat cutting test and after that it was very informal. I was there for about 20 minutes. I was very honest and upfront with the market manager and that's why I received a employment offer

Entrevista
Went in durning a hiring fair and had an interview on the spot. Came in the next day for a cutting test and was told they had another interview later that afternoon and they would let me know. The next day they called and asked when I could come in and finish the paperwork. I came in that friday afternoon to finish all my paperwork. Monday I was asked if I could start Wednesday and I said I could.

Entrevista
I had to a appear several times in person and once your application is accepted it two weeks before you can start work. I interviewed with the meat merchandiser and the store GM. Both were fairly easy, the hardest part of the matter was the skill test, it was rather unexpected (not scheduled).
