HR Phone Screen, then phone screen with hiring manager, then onsite interview. The onsite interview lasted over 4 hours, with half of it via Skype. Interview wasn't very tough, a good mix of personality type questions and technical questions. However it didn't feel like most of the people interviewing were very organized, as at least half of them really didn't have many questions prepared or even seemed to have reviewed my resume. The biggest criticism would be the lack of follow-up. After going through the over 4 hour interview process, I was told I would be contacted in 24-48 hours whether they were going to make an offer or not. I never received a phone call, letter, or even an email after that. That is incredibly unprofessional and because of this I would not interview with them again.
