Applied online and was contacted by HR via email 2 days later to schedule a phone interview between the talent acquisition manager and I. The interview was just to determine my interest in the company/position and briefly discuss my resume. Next another phone interview was scheduled via email between myself, and HR manager, and two senior Engineers. They discussed my resume in detail, discussed the position, and asked general behavioral questions.

I was contacted by an HR person at the main corporate office via telephone. We had a short interview over the phone. There was a followup email where I answered some questions regarding career goals, skills, experience, and personal attributes. This was followed up by an invitation to interview with the engineering team at manufacturing facility.
