The interview process at Inkelaar Law was detailed and thorough. I had multiple interviews during the process. The entire process took about 30 days which is to be expected with a higher-level position. The owners asked me questions about my professional and college career that were directly aligned with the position I was applying for and the firm's needs. I felt like they were engaged in the interview which provided me with a platform to be engaged as well. We discussed Inkelaar's mission and goals along with my goals to determine if the compatibility was there. All the details from an HR standpoint were explained in great detail. I was provided with a brief tour and spoke with a couple of the employees. I was asked to provide a writing sample as well as a conversation in my second language to determine my level of expertise. It was very apparent that the owners wanted to be sure that I would be able to perform the duties of the job description. The job description was very thorough and thought out and I knew what was going to be expected in the role of Firm Administrator. The extra steps that I had to take, as a professional to obtain the two interviews was telling in the sense that they are a professional law firm and are seeking only the most qualified candidates. I appreciated them taking interest in my accomplishments and future goals. They were very professional. Overall, I had a great interview experience.
