I had a very disappointing experience during my interview. The interviewer seemed disengaged and didn’t care to listen to my analyses while I shared my work experience. When I asked about the work culture, I received a confusing response that left me uncertain about their understanding of my question. After the interview, I was ghosted and never received any follow-up. In hindsight, I’m grateful for this, as it revealed a lack of professionalism that I would prefer to avoid in a workplace.
