      Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 5 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Inkling (San Francisco, CA) em out. de 2013

      Entrevista

      The interview process started very well. The recruiter was responsive and provided good detail. The phone interviews went very well and we proceed to an on site interview. The on-site interview experience was negative. The visit made it clear to me that the job description did not cover their expectations of the type of person they wanted to hire. I was grilled on questions related to skill sets that were no where in the job description. The tone of a couple of the interviewers was condescending - which was a shift from the tone I experienced when I met with them over the phone. What put me over is when meeting with a very high level person, he asked questions that were too personal for an interview. I have a high threshold for personal questions, even if they are not traditionally appropriate, and I still felt he crossed the line more than once. There was no proactive attempt to try to sell you on them - culture, benefits, office tours, etc. I have typically received that at other companies during final round interviews, but they did not provide that. When all was done, I was given false promises (the recruiter actually used the word promise on her own accord) more than once from the recruiter about when I would hear back with a final answer. Ultimately I didn't receive an offer. For what it's worth, I stuck in there out of curiosity of what an offer might be if I received one, but I had no intention of accepting one after feeling disrespected during my on-site interview. My advice: proceed with caution if you pursue an interview process with them.
