The company has created an ATS (application tracking system) so the interview process was completely automated. In the first round, I got an assignment on their website/ATS which was quite easy. Then, I was selected for the next round, which I thought is the final round, but turned out to be an HR round. This round was also quite easy, HR asked very basic questions. Then, I was selected for the final round which was the technical round. There were three people in this round: CEO, hiring manager and developer. The developer was asking questions very politely, but the CEO was very rude, I can hear him sighing when I couldn't answer some of the questions. He made me feel as if I have wasted his time by applying for the job. The hiring manager was worse, she just asked me one question and left the meeting when I couldn't answer it. The whole process was humiliating and demotivating for me. The process took 1 week and I got an auto-generated rejection email (from ATS) with no feedback after the interview within 15 mins.
