Phone call followed by two video interview. They mostly ask about customer service experience and de-escalation skills. After that it was a three week paid training from Monday to Friday.

Easy and nice process. Questions was straight to the point. They are very nice. Was able to have a conversation with the recruiter. Just be yourself and the rest will follow.
