Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Inland Empire Health Plan.
Entrevista
My interview experience was a rollercoaster. The process started smoothly. The front desk staff was attentive and friendly.
During the first 30 minutes, I took a computer test, which I scored a 91 percent. The process took a different turn after I met with the hiring manager (HM). The HM told me that I was going to meet with some members of the team, but the first step was to recruit them. And that's when the HM started asking people around the workspace area if they were available for an impromptu interview.
The employees available to meet with me were surprised by the last-minute request, and a few of them looked annoyed. On top of that, they didn't have a copy of my resume available and didn't know the position that I was applying to. I had to offer them an extra copy. Eventually, all of them came out with technical scenarios and questions. They asked me complex questions. I knew the material, but they wanted precision and nothing else.
I applied to IEHP based on the skillset level from the job posting. I wasn't going to waste anyone's time.
In summary, the interview took close to 3.5 hours plus 50 minutes of driving. The result was inconclusive since no one ever reached out to me for an answer. In other words, this was my worst interview experience. But to be fair, I don't believe that all the teams operate in the same manner. Unfortunately, this was my interview experience but you may have a different one. Good luck!
