Screen review with recruiter, then software evaluation, then panel interview with 2 people form departmenet. They ask technical questions more statistical questions. Then interview with director. The first thing he said was we decided not to more forward with you!! but I told my interviewer not to reject anybody!! It was just a wasting time interviewing with them. They do not know what do they want. The job description is entry level but they want 7-8 years experience in health care
