I got recruited twice about a month apart and by two different recruiters. The phone interview seemed promising but they do not follow up at all. The recruiter went over my experience and asked basic questions. I asked on a deadline on where to hear back. They provided a date but never got back to me at all. They went over the benefits and salary which is somewhat helpful. The position is still open too.
