Entrevista
I went through a four-stage interview process that felt well-structured overall. It started with a one-hour conversation with the Talent Acquisition Manager, which was a great introduction to the role and the company. Next was a one-hour technical interview with the hiring manager and a team member, where we went deeper into my skills and experience. After that, I completed a one-hour on-site case study, including a presentation. The process wrapped up with a one-hour conversation with HR focused on company culture and team fit.

Entrevista
The comapny reached out to me and undertook a very tedious long interview process. With 4 -5 interview with each lasting for 1 to 2 hours. The qurestions and conversation was good. But, after the last interivew they responded after two months and also did not provide any updates or feedback in the end. Although the company has good products, this lack of communication is quite apalling.
