Total of three interviews, first over the phone, next with manager on a Zoom call and last with manager, another client success specialist and a sales manager.
First call was just an introductory call explaining the role and asking a few general questions about what I knew about the company and what my background was like in my previous jobs.
Second call was asking more in depth questions around customer service and support. Salary expectations were discussed and more details about the company and role.
Last interview was setup with a 30 minute demo of the Fusion software done by the sales manager. Then the client success manager and specialist came on the call as mock customers asking questions as though it was a support call. I really liked this form of interview as it gave me a really good idea of how the software works and what types of questions might come from the customers.
