Submitted an application online. Someone from human resources called and they did a screening interview over the phone for the position. I then had my interview set up with two of the team leads I would be working for. A couple days after the intevriew I recieved the offer.

The first round went really well with behavioural and logically questions. They asked questions from past experience and how it can help in the position that I have applied for. However the second round of interview results shocked me. The interviewer told me that she just came to see me and say hello, emphasized that this isn't an interview but asked 2-3 same questions from the first round and I didn't want to change answers and replied the same way. Cut to next week, when I followed up with the hr they never reverted back and I receive an auto generated email saying that particular position is filled. Any idea what would have went wrong??
