The first contact was made via a recruitment agency. As I was not living at that moment close to the area, I had to convince the person to give me the opportunity to send my CV to the company as I was meeting all the requirements and the position sounded good to me (and, actually, I was looking to move). The process was divided into two different interviews in different days and it didn't last more than three weeks. Firstly, I met the line manager at the side on a very informal conversation. It was more of a chat rather than an interview. It lasted for less than an hour. Secondly, I met the HR manager and another manager from Customer Service for a bit more formal conversation but it was more of a chat. Just a couple of competency based questions were made. I stayed there for about an hour. An hour was made a few days after. However, the company has to meticulously check your background for any criminal records. As I am not from the UK, this took 6 weeks.
