Entrevista
I initially had a conservation with a member of senior management and was asked to come in and talk to the head of marketing and two account executives. I had good conversations and they seemed to like my experience and background. I did not hear back for two weeks and recontacted the team that interviewed me asking for a response or feedback, thinking I was passed over for another hiree. Eventually I received an email from an AE that interviewed me saying that the SDR Manager was fired and to wait for the new one to contact me. I came in again, spoke with the manager, and was offered a position.

The interview was straightforward. No trivial or awkward questions that think tanks and places like Google try to jerk you around with. Innotas wants to hire smart aspiring people. Be yourself and you will do well.

Entrevista
One twenty minute phone call asking why sales, why tech, why innotas, tell me about yourself. Then came in for an in-person interview and spoke with two account executives, vp of marketing and manager of the sales development team asking all the same questions. I flew up from LA for this interview (they did not offer to pay for the flight) and then did not even let me know directly that they would not be extending me an offer (my recruiter let me know they were passing). I thought that they could have at least emailed or called me directly to let me know, considering the time and money I had invested in their interview process.

Entrevista
First, I submitted an application. Then, I was contacted by the VP of Sales Operations to set up a 30 min phone interview. They passed me on to the VP of Marketing for a phone interview, which lead to an interview with the Regional Vice President, then a follow up with the VP of Marketing.
