They are not clear about their Job Description. They sent one JD but taken interview for different skill set. Unclear management. For my case, totally 3 round- 2 Technical & 1 HR. I have cleared two 2 technical and finally they said we are looking for different skill sets. Very Old technology and old tools they are using still so most probably there will be no Upgrading or Learning opportunities here. Before go for interview ask everything in HR and Don't expecting anything till Offer letter receives ( Uncertainty Management)

4. Most of products have good technology stack except the legacy ones.

6. Opportunities to showcase yourself if you are good at something that can actually be incorporated in the technology stack if the management is impressed.
