Very quick interview. Interviewer talked about history of the company. Asked 1 or 2 questions only. Discussed other open employment positions and seemed to not like my answer regarding not interested in long commutes daily.

The manager includes the team in the interview process. Which is really important to get the opinion of the other people that will be working as a team. More companies should be doing this because at the same time the new employer can also ask questions to current employees about duties and culture.
