O processo levou 8 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Innovari em mar. de 2021

Where to begin!
1) My interview was scheduled for 10 am. Didn't start until 10:20!!
2) 45 minutes interview, few very easy technical questions. talked about past experience!
Two weeks later recieved a phone call; I was told I got the job, was supposed to start in 10 days!!!,
A week later I was asked if I'm ok to wait another 5 weeks before I start!..they are interviewing other people and they want us all to start together!! why is that so? because they don't want to waste (20 minutes) twice on what they call (first day orientation)...
yea sure, I will reject every other offer, be unemployed for 5 more weeks so that you wont waste 20 minutes!!!....who do you think you are?? Google?! Facebook?!
I was so pissed that I said yes, but bailed 5 weeks later ;)

Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Innovari.

The process was fairly unconventional. It occurred over a company summit to discuss a new contract with the company. It was helpful to meet all of the different people from leadership and understand their experience within the industry they served.

Where to start with this whole process. First off don't believe what they tell you! I was called up to do a quick 15-30 minute interview for this position. The interview was very easy, they asked about past experience, talked about the company, asked if I understood what they where doing, what did I know about them, and what I wanted out of this job. The phone interview lasted around 40 minutes and me and the guy bonded and he felt I was a good fit, he even went into stock options for the position and health benefits. He told me he would send my resume and his notes over to the Hillsboro offices and I would hear back from him in a day or two about coming in to tour the office and that I should expect to start next week. One week goes by and I hear nothing from him so I try to contact him back. Another week goes by and I try to contact him again. A couple days later he finally sends me an email stating that the position hasn't been filled yet but they want to find someone else but keep me for a different position, I was skeptical but I said ok. He stated that he would email me next week after he gets the new position list that corporate is sending him. About a month goes by with him never contacting me and ignoring my emails and any attempts I made at contacting him. Overall I was told I got the job then had it taken away only for me to promise me a new job, only to then be dropped all together by the company without ever being told I wasn't getting a job. The entire process was so unprofessional I would assume a growing company that wants to appear to have a strong company culture wouldn't just give someone the cold shoulder and hope that with time the person would just leave them alone. The only conclusion I can come to is that the job postings where exaggerated, as he told me they where "creating 300 new jobs" around the same time they where seeking additional funding from investors (so either they didn't get the funding or claimed they where expanding to show growth to find new investors). Do some research before you apply as I later found they aren't doing as well as they make it look and their claims can't be trusted.
