i got mail for interview after 2 months since applied, HR asked me fix time for first phone interview. when she called me , she said i am not hiring right now , i am just selecting candidate for future hiring.

It was a simple phone interview process after they gave some online tests. Had to pass some steps to get approval. Was fast process to move forward to another test.

Entrevista
Applied online. Got a mail next day to schedule telephonic interview. First call consists of basic overview of job and one or two basic networking questions. Got another mail to schedule second round of interview with 7 to 8 team leads and managers on a conference. It took about 45 minutes. Most part was behavioural questions and in the end few technical questions related to network troubleshooting. Got offer letter after a week.
