Short interview via Zoom. You need to wear business casual. The interview was pretty relaxed. They asked about your previous jobs, experience, etc. They gave background about the project, your rate, and the benefits.

The interview was straight forward, honest and not lengthy, but also not rushed. The recruiter was extremely helpful because they knew the industry. They gave me adivce that I could use to pursue my career beyond their company.
