Applied on company's website. Got a call from HR about an in-person interview right away with the CEO and supervisor. Very professional and friendly. Interview was mainly technical and about your behavior on the job.

Sat down with 3 interviewers and it flow the normal way. The whole interview process took 30 minutes at most of the questions were personality oriented. Technical questions were really not asked. Mostly they wanted to know how much drive you have and if you are willing to learn. All in all the interview was very relax and informal.
