No scheduling in advance. Interviewer is vice president for process development. He asked about technical questions related to my resume. He decided to schedule an on-site interview, but we had to postpone it because of my graduation paperwork. After a month later, both him and Human resources ignore my calls and e-mails. No rejection letter or explanation.

Presentation to a group of people. Interview with eight different people one on one. Lunch with hiring manager. Clean room tour from outside. Interviewers are not well prepared for an interview, some have difficulty finding questions to ask. Called HR after a week and got answer they still interview candidates. Have not heard from company after that.

Sudden call, no email in advance. Interviewer is vice president and asked about technical questions related to the resume. Background check includes citizenship or visa status, desired salary, relocation, available date, references etc.
