Turned in resume at career fair. Later an HR lady called for a phone interview. She was very unorganized and unprepared. She was not very nice and didn't tell me much about the position. It went ok and then she said they would do an in-person technical interview for the next step. They ghosted me and never said anything. Waste of time and very unprofessional. I wouldn't want to work for a company that treats people this way anyway.

I had applied to s position through job portal. HR contacted me after 15days ,and she asked me all the HR questions for about 20 mins and briefed me about ISE. SHe then scheduled an interview on Monday ,there was 2rounds which took 2hours in total. AFter that again a day after I had one more round of technical interview where I was asked to explain my professional background which took almost one and half hour.
