The interview process was easy. You go to the site and apply. After you apply they either call you in for a typing test or inform you that you weren't picked. After the typing test there is an interview with 3 of their hiring managers. If you get a call back you begin training with a group of potential coworkers and the training last 4 wks(unless there is additional training needed).

The interview process was actually fast and easy. First, I came in just to fill out the application. Furthermore, right after I filled out the application they interviewed me which were just the basic questions like what hours I could work, and past job experience. After, that I got called for a second interview and they basically asked me about technical things such as what is a HDMI cord, cable cord, and do I know how to change sources on TV's.
