I just talked to the CEO and three of the people who worked here. They told me how great Mitchell, SD supposedly is for 3 hours and didn't even ask any technical questions. Some regaled me with stories of their past. Probably the easiest interview you will ever have. I wore a suit but you probably don't need to, typical clothing for employees is jeans and a polo.
