I’m angry and deeply disappointed with how this process was handled. HR scheduled a phone interview and didn’t show up at the agreed time—I waited the entire morning. I was told to reschedule, did so, and again received no call. Only after I chased by email was I told—with no prior notice—to switch to Microsoft Teams. The next day I was rejected without any explanation or feedback. This felt disrespectful and unprofessional, wasted my time, and raised serious concerns about fairness. Based on how I was treated, I left the process feeling I may not have been treated equitably.
