Got contacted via email approx. two weeks after the application deadline. I was invited for an in-person interview at their Oslo office, with a senior consultant and branch manager. A very nice interview conversation with typical questions, plus some info about the job and benefits. Then, it was a written case study, nothing too difficult, but time-consuming. After, and the last stage, there was an interview with those two from before, plus the CEO and a partner. Repeated questions, with some more on top.
