It was an Informal chat on site between myself and the contracts manager who I was aware of through an old colleague I worked with 10 years ago or so.

Usually organised via recruitment companies ( very few directly apply for role via website) - however they do struggle to get good candidates and often advertise at the gates of the business. Questions are determined by each manager and are usually competency based questions, along with walk round building / facitilites.
