We were on a group Zoom to review roles and then had breakout rooms to chat about ourselves. I had a chance to speak with either candidates and talk about our experiences in school.

Entrevista
I applied on Inova's website around Thanksgiving and then heard back in the 2nd week of December. I scheduled a virtual meeting the following week which was done with 2-3 other students for a general overview of the program and then 1-on-1 questioning afterwards. That took about 30m-1hr total and included questions about my past experience and the units/hospitals I was interested in. I took another week (Christmastime) to get the official offer which was followed up by another phone call reviewing the onboarding process (not an interview).
