I was contacted by an external recruiter who set me up with a phone interview with HR. About 2 weeks later, I had in person interviews the hiring manager and some others on the team. Everyone was very friendly, open and allowed me plenty of time to ask questions. When I got the offer a few weeks later I accepted right away.
