I found the process to be focused, well organized and timely. I was made to feel comfortable and have a genuine conversation with the hiring team. I was given a real world task to accomplish, in my case as a management candidate I had to create a presentation on how to solve certain organizational and personnel problems.

1) 30 minute video call with recruiter 2) 1 hour video interview with hiring manager and another employee with the same role 3) 90 minute video interview - 45 mins presenting how I would handle two different mgmt scenarios ad 45 mins with HR and a dept. head answering culture questions

Sent in my resume, got a quick response from hiring team. Initial screen with the hiring team, then a call with hiring manager and a team member. After that, did a presentation to the hiring manager, CTO, head of people, and a coworker. Everyone was so nice and gave me a really good impression. I was interviewing with a lot of companies and the process here was easily the best. Every company should do it this way.
