Three rounds of interviews - first with a recruiter, second with the hiring manager, and the third was a technical interview preceded by a technical exercise. After completing the process, they took about a month to get back with a decision while constantly promising they would have something "by end of week". Easily one of the worst communication experiences I have had with an interview.
The technical exercise centers around a hypothetical integration issue stemming from poor data quality and asks you to diagnose the issue and come up with mitigation strategies. It's honestly not too bad, but the prompt is poorly worded and doesn't clearly define what a successful integration looks like, so you have to make some assumptions and guesses about how a "correct" integration would function. The technical interview largely retreads the same things in the technical exercise, which seems redundant. In one case, an interviewer asked me a question that I had already answered in the exercise which leads me to believe they had not reviewed it beforehand.

It was good. Asked some related questions not very hard and not easy too. It was an overall good experience which has a positive takeaway. They are keen to take according to the skillset.

was smooth and welcoming in a very good way i have got a couple of technical questions with some discussions around some software engineering topics and also i got to know what i will be expecting from the organisation and whatnot so overall it was a good interview
