3 days after I applied, I was called with my phone number and a human resources officer asked a few professional questions. He said that working overtime is mandatory and there is no overtime pay. I stated that working overtime should not be a habit and that I could only work overtime when necessary.

First of all the logo appearing isn't right. This is not the company thats usually associated with Paytm or District. Useinsider.com (Turkish Company) is a customer experience platform that businesses can use to improve customer relationships, analyse behaviour and introduce personalisations. They also are proud of their cross channel experiences and AI components. They have products that can compete with Adobe Customer Experience Management.
The overall interview process was good and fast, although with occasional mishaps. I had 5 rounds including the assignment and a duplicate of a meeting, since the person of a senior leadership couldn't join in the meeting scheduled the first time. Both meetings in question were conducted in full one hour formats. I even had my final interview with chief (leaving out the function) officer and everyone involved were very transparent and honest from the beginning. They value communication, skill and resourcefulness.
