While actually interview was pretty standard, the application process was ridiculous. I didn't get a call back for an interview for almost three weeks. I had to call to see what the status of my application was.

First there was an initial phone interview with someone from human resources. After a few days, HR called back to schedule a face to face interview at the hiring branch during non business hours. Two people interviewed me and one stood over me the whole time. It lasted between 30 and 45 minutes. It felt slightly awkward.
