No wonder the success rate of Insight program is very very low. The interview lasted 20min. Priori to my interview, they told to prepare a DS demo project, and so I spent quite a lot of time improving the model and try to present the best result. But the interviewer spent 15min asked about my motivation in working in DS, my communication skills and some remotely-related questions to my project, then wanted me to present my project in less than 5min and she skipped the most of it and ended up the interview with asking logistic questions. From this experience, you can see that they're not exactly looking for people who cares about modeling, but more about your presentation, your communication skills. This is definitely not worth the money that you have to pay, which by the way, is 2% of the total compensation for two years!! ! What I want to learn is data science, not communication skills, which I can develop in any work.
