I applied for the CSM position at Insight and after 3 weeks, I received a calendar invite for an interview. No contact information, topics, or agenda were provided. Only date and time. During the interview, it was clear the interviewer didn't review my resume/CV as they were asking questions like, where did you work previously, and for how long.

The intervew process was really seamless. I HR contact person had a 30 mins discussion with me about the role and understanding my past experience and its relavance. After two day I got a call that I am scheduled for a face to face interview with the hiring manager. Post that I had another round of face to face after a gap of 15 days . was given a offer letter immediately after that.
