The interview process was pretty informal. The interview was late, and I sat in a closet-sized room for about 45 minutes before I was greeted by a lady who seemed more interested in my social interests rather than my actual qualifications for the position. I wouldn't say that this place is a joke, but the whole interview process gave me the impression that this is not a company that is actively seeking to bring in the best possible people
(Also, I'm not saying that I was the right person for the job, but I was surely qualified, even overqualified for the position) The interviewer had no interest in any sort of academic performance or previous work experience.

Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.

easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment

The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
