Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela Insight Global (Raleigh, NC) em nov. de 2016
Entrevista
First, I was recruited off of LinkedIn then had a brief phone interview. It was very standard, getting-to know-you type questions. Later, I interviewed at their corporate office in Raleigh. They kept me waiting in a room for over 30 minutes waiting to speak with someone. I first spoke with the recruiter who found me then waiting another 20 minutes to speak with a sales manager. The interview wasn't structured. My recruiter said they were looking for 'energy'.

I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.

The interview process was long, it consisted of a lot of phone calls with the recruiter prepping you for the interviews. The in person interview felt very calculated and fake. Although I’m sure the managers meant well you could tell they were very judgmental. I’ve also heard awful things about this company so I think it was a blessing. Good luck though!
