They had found me on monster.com to begin the process. I began to then listen to him/her talk about the company and what they did/had to offer for about 5 minutes. Then they began asking me if this is something I'd be interested in. They followed up by asking what other companies I had been applying for. We chatted back and forth and she then mentioned friends that I might know that also work there. After recognizing the names, the interview ended and I called up those individuals they mentioned. They both enjoy working there and I then accepted a formal in person interview.
