I worked closely with Katie Dugan and her account Manager Ashley, both of whom were exceptionally professional, polite and helpful. The actual hiring process does involve driving to their office in Morristown, which is a bit of a drive for me honestly, however they email you directions which according to my GPS were accurate ( I took the route emailed me and plugged it into my GPS and compared the given route to the one my GPS initially gave and both worked). It is very important to bring your parking pass up with you as they will validate your parking for you so that you do not have to pay for parking in the area. One thing to note here is that if you use their suggested parking area when you come out of the elevator you will need to make a short walk (approximately 1 minute walk) across a pavilion. When you enter the office there is a courtesy phone on the desk which you pick up and let person answering know who you are there to see. At this point you are taken into an interview room and interviewed. The questions are pretty standard and basic so no surprises there. The initial interview process takes 30 - 40 minuets and is straight forward. The rep you are working with will take you to a computer and after putting in all your basic information and you fill out a few more fields of information such as what type of jobs you are looking for and you are done. If you get hired then you need to head back to this office to sign all the paperwork, set up your direct deposit information and agree to the job formally. The first pay check is an actual check as it takes a couple weeks for the direct deposit to get set up with them - just an FYI. The rep I worked with made this process easy and she was able to find me a job quickly and paying more than another headhunter for the same role.

Interview was scheduled for a face to face with Insight Global after an initial screening call to see if my career goals and expectations aligned with an opportunity they wanted me to look at. Very comfortable environment and a very nice building, office is very modern and staff is extremely polite. Very positive experience.
