Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Insight Global.
Entrevista
Was contacted by a corporate recruiter on Linkedin. Had a phone interview which was very basic, was then asked to come in for a face-to-face interview. I was invited back to a second interview which I thought was just with the sales manager, but I had to speak with several other employees, just as I did during the first interview, before ever speaking with him. It felt a lot like sorority recruitment...they asked me what I liked to do for fun and I even ended up talking about mutual friends with one of the girls who interviewed me. I spoke with 7 different people, all girls and all very put together. They all asked me the same questions and seemed very fake. Seemed like a scam company and a job where you would just sit in a cubicle cold calling all day long.

Why Sales? Were you in a sorority? Tell me about yourself?

First interview was on Teams with a Sales Manager. It was very conversational, about 30ish minutes talking about my background and my interest in sales, then finished with discussing the role and asking any questions I had ready. The second interview was with another sales manager and was about an hour long. Covered similar things like my background, personality, and interest in sales, then a lot of situational questions. Overall, very good interview!

Went through 3 rounds of interviews.
Everyone comes across as very cliquey and extremely judgmental, its like sorority rush for post grads.
Interview was easy because they send you questions beforehand and tell you exactly how to answer. Don’t get how they are making hiring decisions when every interviewer is feeding them exactly what they want to hear.
Salary is horrible and is a scam with false promises of making 6 figures

I was recruited by a Corporate Recruiter on LinkedIn. She expressed that after reading my resume and website that "we think that your background and qualifications match up well for our entry-level Recruiter/Account Manager position".
I then was contacted via phone, and after a short phone interview, she scheduled an in-person interview with the "sales manager" at the office. However, when I arrived for my interview I met with three ill-prepared account managers that seemed to have no idea they were going to be interviewing someone that day. It seemed like I ran the interview by asking them questions about Insight Global (isn't that what you're supposed to talk about during a PROFESSIONAL interview?). They then asked me about my sorority background, what I like to go out on the weekends and do, and what drinks I like (wtf?). They talked over-the-top about the company benefits and salary, which in my opinion seems too good to be true. It seems like they put more emphasize on their company culture than anything else. It was an extremely bizarre interview, and they said they'd be in touch with me.
My corporate recruiter asked me to contact her after the interview, and I did. Seeing as it was 4:45 p.m. (it was a friday) and she was "in a meeting", she was unable to answer the phone- I left a message for her with whomever answered the phone and they said she'd be in touch.
Monday afternoon, 3 p.m., I still had not heard from her, and seeing as she wanted me to contact HER I called again. She was then "on the phone" and they asked when she could call me back and I said anytime-long story short I never heard back from her. I even emailed, no reply.
This company is unprofessional and honestly all around bizarre. They emphasize on drinking and partying IN THE INTERVIEW made me uncomfortable. At the end of the day, I am happy to not have heard back from such a weird and unprofessional company.
