I was found on LinkedIn. Then i spoke on the phone with an insight global recruiter about my background and job I am looking for, industry, skill set, and work environment. After the call, I had another one, and then one with the company, and a final in person. Overall, 3-4 Interviews. Multiple phone calls, and then a few with the company I was being recruited for

Entrevista
I was contacted a recruiter at Insight Global about an available position with the City of San Antonio IT Department. The total process was about 3 days. It was such a breeze in comparison to other interviews I had because I felt the my recruiter had really looked at my resume and found a job that fit me perfectly. I was engaged first with a phone-call, followed by several phone-calls the first day. Then I went to interview the next day. The Insight Global team was great about making sure that I was prepared with everything that I needed.
