Entire interview process took 4 weeks, beginning with initial HR screening, followed by behavioral interview with line manager, technical test, then final Q&A with the team. Good communication from HR with regular updates on application status.

Entrevista
Unfortunately, the interview experience was quite disappointing and uncomfortable. The panel appeared to be relatively inexperienced with conducting interviews and seemed unsure of how to engage in a meaningful dialogue. They relied heavily on scripted questions, delivering them in a robotic manner that lacked natural conversation or follow-up which felt more like being assessed by an AI than speaking with real people.
What stood out most was their lack of clarity around the role itself. They weren’t able to articulate what level of expertise they were seeking or provide insight into the team structure, culture, or how they operate day to day. These are all critical factors that help candidates assess whether there’s a mutual fit.
The only positive aspect was my interaction with the Talent Acquisition representative, who was warm, clear, and professional throughout the process.
