It was very personal. No script. More of a conversation. I believe the owner had not interviews many people prior to interviewing me. I was one of their earliest employees.

I was already friends with the person managing at the time and I was a regular at the shop, so the interview was pretty laid back. All of the questions I was asked were fair, and would've given anyone a good feel for what type of employee they look for.
