Entrevista
1. Screening interview with recruiter on phone. She then said she'd recommend that I meet the Sales Manager, but he would decide whether or not he wanted to meet me.
2. 1st interview with Sales Manager. The interview was thorough and went well.
3. The sales manager introduced me to a second sales manager and I met with him.
4. I passed the second face-to-face interview, so I next met with the Regional Sales Manager before being hired. ...... very thorough, but reasonable interview process.

Recruiter sent me a message on LinkedIn, Phone call with them, then main recruiter phone call. Then 2 rounds with different District Managers and last round with Regional Manager & DM.
Great communication and set detailed expectations. 3 rounds of interviews. After each interview I left feeling more optimistic about the opportunity and the company as a whole. Building a good culture is important to Insperity and it shows.

They did a very good job. First call with recruiter then I had two interviews. Overall it was a very good interview experience. It does seem like the Louisiana market will be closing so not sure how helpful this will be.
