A recruiting agency reached out and set me up with the first 30 minute interview with the direct supervisor. This was a behavioral interview The second interview was an hour long with the direct supervisor and 3 team members. This was technical The last interview was 30 minutes and with the CTO. Each interview had a response back to me in 1 business day.
