Very good process. Flat interviews. First step, chat with the recruiter. Second step, hiring manager + director interview. Third interview with the team. Panel interview. The interviews included technical and questions on background. Very smooth and flat interview process and very quick turn around time. Very good candidate experience.

My interaction with Inspira Financial's recruitment process left much to be desired. The initial phone screen with the recruiter started off on the wrong foot as they arrived late without offering an apology. Despite this, I proceeded with the conversation, during which the recruiter mentioned scheduling a follow-up interview with the hiring manager. However, this promised interview never materialized. Instead, the recruiter scheduled another call, only to later admit that it was a mistake. This miscommunication was frustrating, but what followed was even more disheartening. Despite my efforts to follow up with emails, both a week and then again the following week, my inquiries were completely ignored. A month later, I received an automated response informing me that the role had been filled. While I wasn't overly disappointed about missing out on the opportunity, as the role paid significantly below the top of the market, the lack of professionalism and communication throughout the process left me with a sour taste and a negative perception of the company.
