Submitted my resume and had a phone interview on a Friday. They said they would be in touch one way or another by Tuesday. Tuesday came and went. I sent a follow-up email asking for a status update on the following Monday and never received a reply. I have never been ghosted by a company I interviewed with before. I find it unprofessional and unacceptable to tell a candidate you will contact them, and then never do it. I would not apply here again
